SamerJahar di Tredici anni ha vinto sei medaglie d'oro in sei diverse categorie compresi i concorrenti in una categoria di età più grandi, affrontando sportivi di età di sedici anni e più grandi . Il sabato 4 aprile, Samer ha vinto anche un'altra medaglia d'oro che lui ha scelto di giocare per l'Inghilterra.

La stella del calcio, l'eritreo Henok Goitom, ha donato 115.200,00 (Cento quindici Mila e duecento) Corone svedesi per aiutare 20 famiglie dei martiri eritrei.
Henok ha 23 anni, è nato e cresciuto in Svezia, e attualmente gioca con la squadra spagnola Real Murcia. Ha giocato per il club italiano Udinese dal 2003 al 2005 prima di passare a
Ciudad de Murcia, nel luglio 2005. Giocare nel Real Murcia, nel 2007 è stato un grande successo, rendendo
Henok un promettente giovane attaccante nel calcio europeo. Gli auguriamo tutto il meglio.

il responsabile di Prosport Massimo Magnani e la presidente dell’Associazione Italia Eritrea
Onlus Lidia Corbezzolo hanno raccontato la loro permanenza in Italia per quindici giorni,
otto dei quali trascorsi nella nostra città nell'ambito si un
progetto umanitario “He.M.E.A” (Health and Methods pro Eritrean Athletes, Salute e Metodi per gli Atleti Eritrei).

avuto luogo a Edimburgo in Scozia. Secondo la
Federazione Internazionale di Atletica (IAF)
latleta Zeresenay ha completato la gara di 9,3
km in 27 minuti e 43 secondi a un solo secondo
dal primo. Va ricordato che, in una simile
competizione tenutasi lo scorso anno a Mombassa,
in Kenya, Zeresenay ha vinto la medaglia d'oro
battendo tutti i concorrenti.
